2. Booking and Payment
-
Booking: All training sessions must be booked in advance. You can book through our website or by contacting us directly.
-
Payment: Full payment for services is due before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via bank transfer or another agreed method.
-
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge for the session.

3. Services Provided
We offer a variety of services, including dog and horse training, behaviour consultations, and walking with training. Each service is designed to address the specific needs of your pet. We are committed to providing a safe and effective approach to training. However, the success of training depends on your active participation and consistent application of the methods taught.
4. Responsibilities
-
Client Responsibilities: You agree to follow our training instructions and ensure that all household members or others involved in the pet’s care are consistent with the training methods. If a pet is aggressive or poses a threat to the safety of anyone present, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the session.
-
Health & Safety: You must ensure that your pet is in good health and fit for training sessions. If you’re unsure, please consult with your vet before starting any training. For home visits, please ensure your premises are safe and suitable for training.
5. Equipment
We will advise you on appropriate training equipment, but the choice of equipment is yours. We do not sell or endorse any specific brands, but we will guide you in using the equipment that works best for your pet.
